Seven Weeks of Ski Conditioning begins 10/7 - Email Julie and Venmo @PHITPerformance to reserve your spot

You will meet with Ernie for
weekly ski-specific routine instruction on Monday at 5:30 p.m. He will take you through a full-body routine designed for skiing and help you with any adjustments you may need to make for your specific situation (i.e. goals, limitations, injuries).

You get to choose when to come to the gym for the rest of your workouts on your own schedule using the weekly prescribed routine.

Here are the routine instruction dates:
October 7, 14, 21, 28,
November 4, 11, 18

7 classes plus two months gym membership (membership dates October 7 - December 7): $280
