Ernie Roick
As an owner of PHIT Performance, I try to bring as much knowledge and experience to our business as possible to ensure our members and training clients are getting the positive experience they deserve. Whether a member is looking for guidance or a more aggressive push to reach his or her fitness goals, I will tap into my experience to help them. Over the last 24 years, high school, college, and professional athletes as well as military candidates, new moms, and old dads have made my fitness career what it is today. I have over 10 years of Krav Maga and self-defense experience and 30 years of boxing instruction experience. If you show me consistency, I will show you the way to your goals.

Julie Roick
I started as a personal trainer when Ernie and I opened our first PHIT, in Stowe in 2003. I’m lucky because I am doing what I love; raising five children, teaching dance, training my clients, working with my husband, and now working as a Mental Fitness Coach. I graduated (a lifetime ago) from UC Irvine with a degree in Dance. I love working with women who want to get in the best shape of their lives and with those who want to make the world a better place. I make it my mission to see this goal become a reality whether it’s in the gym or in my coaching practice.

I have spent 20+ years in the fitness industry as a trainer and class instructor. I have an extensive background in post physical therapy rehabilitation after an injury or surgery, as well as many hours spent working with competitive athletes. When I am not training or working with a client you might see me working for Tom Knows Salsa, a small, fresh food business I own with my wife. When it’s time to relax you’ll find me with my dog Otto.
