Check out what Rob Connerty and Dylan Conte have to say about PHIT!

I joined PHIT many years ago to rehab a spinal cord and knee injury I suffered in a hockey collision.  15ish years later I’m happily still at PHIT for pre-season and in-season conditioning for my 2 favorite activities, mountain biking and skiing, and throughout the year to ensure a good baseline of overall fitness. PHIT Conditioning classes are my go-to.  Ernie provides excellent guidance, encouragement and coaching on proper technique with an ever-changing routine of disciplines that improve core strength, upper and lower body strength, balance, flexibility, cardio and endurance.  The best return on my PHIT investment has been the lack of injuries I’ve had while mountain biking and skiing, (none that I can think of), since I started training at PHIT.  I ski and ride more confidently from opening day to closing day as a result of my PHIT training. Ernie and Julie invest passionately of their time, energy and expertise into their PHIT members.   No matter what your age or current fitness level, if you want to be fitter and stronger for your sport, rehab from an injury, or improve your confidence and overall health, PHIT can help make it happen for you! I've been coming to PHIT since I was in middle school and I didn't realize the extent of the asset I really had within PHIT until I was much older. When you start training at Phit you very quickly see the physical gains and feel better, stronger, and more resistant to injury! They have a great facility and are extremely knowledgeable trainers. Over the years they have given me the knowledge and tools I need to bring myself to my peak and desired physical performance. All of my successes I definitely have them to thank for but even more importantly I have them to thank for my successful return from my many failures. What you don't notice right away when you workout at Phit is that you don't just learn how to overcome physical challenges. When you work with them, wether you notice it or not, they teach you how to show up even when life has kicked your butt and knocked you down and push harder and punch that problem right in the face and keep going. Most people don't come back to sport after the string of injuries I've had. I have too much passion, drive, and grit to do anything but what I love, and I know I've learned a lot of that by getting to work with the crew at PHIT.  Dylan Conte
